MISSION STATEMENT
Innercity Outreach Ministries is dedicated to serving the less fortunate by providing safe, drug-free housing, basic necessities, referrals to job placement, drug rehabilitation, and supportive services that assist with daily living. We strive to help individuals discover and develop their God-given gifts, especially in the arts, while teaching sound biblical principles that bring hope and direction. Our mission also extends to supporting those transitioning from incarceration, offering them a fresh start and a pathway to purpose through faith, community, and opportunity.

MEET OUR C.E.O- CONSTANCE BRADWELL
Constance Bradwell serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Innercity Outreach Ministries, providing leadership, vision, and direction as the organization works to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families facing homelessness, hardship, and difficult circumstances. With a heart for serving others and strengthening the community, Constance is committed to creating opportunities for people to find stability, hope, dignity, and a pathway toward a better future. Under her leadership, Innercity Outreach Ministries is focused on connecting people with essential resources, supportive services, community partnerships, and programs designed to help individuals move from crisis toward stability and self-sufficiency. Constance believes that everyone deserves to be treated with compassion, respect, and dignity, and she is dedicated to building an organization that serves the community with integrity, faith, and purpose.

Rick Bradwell serves as the President of Innercity Outreach Ministries, helping guide the organization’s mission, programs, and community outreach efforts. With a commitment to serving others and strengthening the community, Rick works alongside the leadership team to help ensure that Innercity Outreach Ministries remains focused on meeting the needs of individuals and families experiencing homelessness, hardship, and challenging life circumstances. He is passionate about connecting people with meaningful resources, supportive services, and opportunities that can help them regain stability and move toward a brighter future. Rick believes that effective outreach begins with compassion, dignity, and genuine care for people, and he is dedicated to helping build strong community partnerships that allow Innercity Outreach Ministries to make a lasting and positive impact.

Samuel Bostain serves as the Vice President of Innercity Outreach Ministries, working closely with the organization’s leadership team to advance its mission and strengthen its impact within the community. Samuel is dedicated to supporting the development of programs, outreach initiatives, and partnerships that help individuals and families facing homelessness, hardship, and difficult life circumstances. In his role, he helps provide leadership, encouragement, and organizational support while helping ensure that Innercity Outreach Ministries remains committed to serving others with compassion, dignity, integrity, and purpose. Samuel is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of those in need and contributing to the organization’s vision of creating pathways toward stability, hope, and self-sufficiency.

Natalie Bostain serves as a Volunteer with Innercity Outreach Ministries, giving her time and energy to support the ministry’s mission of helping individuals and families facing homelessness, hardship, and difficult life circumstances. Natalie is committed to serving others with compassion, kindness, and respect while assisting with outreach activities, community initiatives, and the ministry’s day-to-day efforts.
